Where is best for me to buy fish?

Hello I am starting a 10 gallon freshwater aquarium and I am looking to get some chili rasboras and corydoras habrosus. I am totally new to buying fish I just have a few general questions.
Where should I go when buying these fish?
Is it better to buy only or locally?
How much do these usually cost?

You should probably see if your lfs has them since shipping would be expensive. I prefer buying stuff locally so I don’t have to stress about shipping, but also depends on the fish stores near you, and how they care for their fish. Chili rasboras I seen were anywhere from 3-10$, and cories anywhere from 2-60$ depends on their species.
