Hey guys
I love my monster fish. Watching a 1' long pair of lyonsi splash around when I get near their tank and an excited stingray jumping up and down the sides of the tank will never get old but I also love my live bearers. I'm currently keeping xiphophorus montizumae "tomosopo", skiffia multipunctata, zoogeneticus tequila, limia nigrofaciata, and some sunset mollies. And even crazier, I dont breed them as feeders. Anyone else breed/keep livebearers for reasons other than feeding your monsters?

Wow! those are big!
Your goodeids look great aswell

I've kept platies and mollies of different types but right now I'm only keeping a single sailfin molly (silver morph), lots of personality for such a small fish!

I currently only have Belonesox belizanus at the present. Looking for a few more females as a matter of fact.

Some new pickups after the GPASI meeting tonight. 6 (2M:4F) Tequila Sunrise Guppies. Two of the four females look about ready to drop. In a 15 gallon with a breeding group of paleatus Corys. Here's a crappy picture of the two males but using an iPad with no tank lights on it's kind of difficult to get half decent shots.

I had a large school of Giardinus metallicus, it was interesting to watch the males compete for the females attention. Your Xenatoca eiseni are now on my wishlist, nice fish.

I'm in the process of attempting to breed some Betta Channoides atm... had one batch hatch out but didn't manage to bring up the fry, got another male holding eggs now, so lets see what happens...
