i have a cascade 1500 canister filter and need a pump head for it . i have traded e-mails with the manufacturer and they directed me to 2 web sites , one of which doesn't exist anymore and the other doesnt carry the part i need . then they directed me to local dealers and not one of the local "dealers" is willing to order anything from penplax .
wow ! this is more of a rant than a question as i will probably just trash the filter and buy a better one (an fx5 if i had that kind of money)
