You could ask your LFS to order some for you or you could buy some of their filter sponges which will work just as well if they are willing to sell or give you some. Bio spira has to stay cold so it has to be overnited or 2 day aired.

If they are selling biospira that is not refridgerated the bacteria is likley dead dont buy it.
