Does anyone know a store you can buy cheap pot scrubbers in the bay area peninsula area?

I found some pot scrubbers but they were 2 for $2 which if I decide to buy is going to end up costing me more than the water pump I got.

if the first one you go to does not have them.. go to the next one... the crappier the store the better the chance they will have them..
