Where locally in socal can I buy worms for my fish to eat? What are the nutritional values of earthworms, blackworms, and mealworms?

All Petsmarts carry Mealworms, Giant Mealworms, Super Mealworms, Wax Worms, Red Wigglers and Night Crawlers. You can get blackworms from the LFS or order them from a place.

very true you must also be careful of black worms many time they come with unwanted parasite do to unhealthy raising

Really? I've heard good things about blackworms, would freezing kill off the parasites? And what are the chances that the blackworms will even have parasites? thanks!
