Turning a 60 gallon glass tank into a wet dry/sump.

How thick should I go with the glass?

Should I go with home depot or lowes? Not sure which one cuts glass.

Are you just meaning glass for the partitions? If looking for an adventure you could probably find glass for free on Craigslist, always old windows available and a glass cutter is about $6. I just built a small sump for a tank out of 3/16" window glass. Not every cut was good but I had extra glass which helped. Can't help as to who cuts glass of those two, I've always got glass from a glass shop.
