I got mine from drsfosterandsmith.com but its pretty expensive. Ive tried finding sintered glass in bulk and had no luck but def the best media for bio. Get ready for them rays LOL

bio balls are really the least effect media since they only can absorb so much nitrate and then start to release them back into the tank

sintered glass rings are awesome ( Sera makes them but its crazy expensive like 12 bucks a liter i think you can order in bulk though plus its 1 liter is good enough for 50 gallons since it has so much biological capacity and never has to be replaced
