Where to find red tailed botia?

Hi,
I live in MA, and currently have 3 red tailed botia in a 90g tank. Its fully cycled, and I want to get several more red tails, but the LFS I previously got them from has closed down. I've used the "lfsfinder" website, and called every listing within 50mi only to find a single store, with just one. Iv also called the closest 15 petcos to me just incase. No one seems to have these for some reason. I live near Boston. Was wondering if anyone knows of a seller/lfs in the area that may carry them. I wont order online because its not worth the high shipping cost unless a get a million of them. I'm willing to drive up to 60mi if a carrier has at least 4, 3+inch red tails. (Car gets great gas mileage)

Hey there - I'm in MA too! I see them from time to time. Never regularly, but keep checking weekly, and you will find some sooner than later.
Don't expect to get any luck via calling - most LFS employees don't really keep track of what they carry, and they don't do a good job looking if asked.
The places that usually have them, are Tropical Isle, and the Danvers PetCo.

Just called the Danvers Petco after reading this - unfortunately they are out and "don't know when, or if more will be ordered". Iv been in tropic isle a million times, never seen them there though...curious. thank you though, ill try Danvers again in the morning incase the guy I talked to was just ignorant of future inventory orders.

The guy there is awesome - he should be able to help you - depending on who you spoke with. I would just go there every other week and check. Usually in the far right, bottom corner cluster of tanks.

lol my lfs recently got a huge batch of retails in, all range from 2.5"-3.5"! but i'm near cleveland ohio
