Where to get 3D Backgrounds?

I've seen a number of tanks in pics with 3D Backgrounds and I'm wondering, is there a good site you can buy them from?

you can pick them up at Aquarium Adventure if you want to make that drive. They are expensive though

I think you're referring to the most expensive one listed. There are cheaper ones, but that's the price you pay for not doing it yourself. There are many DIY examples on this forum that arguably look even better than prefabricated backgrounds and are certainly more unique.
