I need some sheets of filter pad material for my sump for mechanical filtration. I thought I saw guys on here ordered it from Mcmaster Carr, but I couldn't find where I saw it again. I am putting it on the top of a drip tray. Thanks for the help.

i order mine in bulk from complete filtraton services. they are slow about sending but i think i get a fair deal.i use the pink/white stuff.comes in diffrent widths and 90' rolls.

Yeah, I understand. The cool thing abou Matala is they don't need replacement and have a lot of surface area to grow beneficial bacteria. They're like giant sponge filters.

guess everyone using these pond filter pads cut to their own filter sizes.. was wondering have anyone notices that the pink and white filter pads pink part kind of pad's color wears off a little bit?? like a month use in my eheim 2260 filter top layer. when cleaning the filter of these filter pads i notices the pink part of it's color wears off to a lighter color.. anyone notices this problem also while using them???

Man you weren't kidding about these guys. Two weeks and still not even shipped. I inquired last week, and they said due to ship today, and I inquired today, and they said the same thing. Then they offered to cancel my order. WTF Got some new Severums in the 400 now, and I need that filter padding pronto. If they don't ship today, I'll be looking elsewhere. What a mess.
