where to get glass/plexi for DIY tank?

I have googled and sent emails to companies I have found.

anyone have some leads on where to get some glass or plexi quotes?
I am looking fo something on the big side. maybe 60" by 48" by whatever diameter is needed, I guess 1.5 plexi should do it?

It looks like you are in CA. Try S&W plastics in Ontario, CA.

CRAIGSLIST!. there are alot of people giving away free glass sheets or selling them for cheap. if you do look into this, make sure you ask and see what the glass was used for and whether or not it is tempered.
