where to get large plastic/silk plants for tank

Aqua Terra makes some very realistic looking vines that are bendable. They do not break apart either. No cheap thoughthough. I want to saw $12-$25 each. Check on Amazon for them.

You're welcome and yes. Florists are a great way to shop. Tons of ideas in a place like that. Literally a field day for DIY scapers'. I do the same. Amazon for the hard to find stuff.

Disclaimer : you must get as much loose ink out as possible. Boiling may be a bit much but high heat just under the boiling point (similar to how one would prepare wood) should suffice.
 
another option would be micheals arts and crafts if you have one near you
