i have a penn plax cascade 1000 caniser filter that was given to me but needs a new o ring. does anyone have any ideas where i can get a new one? also, i dont have hoses or the intake and output parts either. The filter does work, but i need theparts still.

Have you tried the manufactures website. Also I know that my lfs is able to order parts for different kinds of filters maybe give yours a try and see if they can. Another place to check would be eBay

Lfs is going under, I couldn't find just parts on eBay and the manufacturer web sight only sells to retailers

I didn't have much luck on their web page. I think this week I'm going to try calling some places and talking to actual humans. That usually works out better for me anyway
