Where to get Pike fry or fingerlings?

What size tank do you plan to move it into after a month of being in the 20 long? Young pike grow very fast and will need a bigger tank then that 20 gal after a few months.

Northern pike fry grow up very fast, can easily reach 12 inch long when they are six months old. Then theres law issues about collecting gamefish fry. So if I were you, I would forget this idea and find fish that can live in a 20gal whole life.

I plan to moving into a 100 to match its growth I know I saw on the youtube vids of their fry

You cant keep a northern pike in a 100gal for whole life. It can easily outgrow 100gal in few months.

Whats the MI law about keeping a pike?
unless you buy it, if you were to catch/get a wild one it would have to be 24 inchs (MI minimun size limit) A pike will not last long in a 100gal. If I were you I would start looking at pickerel they stay small but are just as cool as pike.

And the northern pike required a chiller to stay alive. Grass or Redfin pickerel dont need a chiller, just room temperature will do it. Best thing is these pickerels stay smaller and can live in 100gal whole lives.
