Where to get Pro 3E Replacement parts

I have a huge problem, I'm assuming the impeller assembly has failed on my 2078 Pro 3E. I cam home today and the filter was complete not wokring and the lights were flashing on it. I took it apart and cleaned every nook and cranny and it still doesn't work after playing with it the impeller doesn't spin when turned on. If I apply pressure it will for a second then quit again. Any ideas I've yet to hear back from Eheim.

Pattern doesn't match anything in the manual. The impeller won't spin.

You should just call up eheim's customer service, that sounds like a warranty claim. If the impeller won't spin, but the chamber is clear, either the motor is broken (generally a loud occurance) or the microprocessor is damaged.

Yeah, I need to call once I get back into town Monday. Anyone live in the Chicago area know of anyone that sells Eheims? I need to replace this guy to get my filters back up and running.
