Where to get Pure Midas in SoCal

i know its tough finding Midas in its pure form, but does anyone have any leads?

i'm in the OC/LA area, maybe there's some good fish stores that might have them?

Mi Casa....... I have a Pie Bald Jeff Rapps midas if you're looking for one. I had some larger ones that I shipped to PA earlier last month.

Here's the only one that I have on the selling block.... I do have two .5" Chancho fry from my last spawn left if you want them. These are the BIGGEST of the Barred Midas. If you're around the area tonight you can have them and grow them out... might be a fun project! These are also from Jeff Rapps!

on second thought, let me do some research on these guys. just googling them up and it sounds like they can get up to 18"?

Yeah.... they get big! Responsible fish keeping eh? No problem.... if you change your mind I'll have some in the future I'm sure. Need to net the parents out of the outdoor pond before winter..... they'll spawn again.
