Where to get shipping styrofoam?

Where do you guys get styrofoam to ship fish? Can you get them already cut to the right sizes or you buy a sheet and do it yourself?

I just go to the LFS after they get shipment of fish in and ask can I have some styrofoam boxes. They just throw them away after.

I dont really need the boxes, jsut need panels to put in cardboard boxes.

I've seen people use both the pink/blue stuff and the white. Both can be found at your local Home Depot or Lowes.
