Where to rent/buy heavy duty glass suction cups?

Autozone carries the dent pulling type that lock. The ones I bought were about 5 inches wide and are currently holding my fiances window up in her Jeep due to the motor giving out. It's never fallen off from gravity alone, but it's also not been used to pick anything heavy up either. I don't know if they're applicable in that regard, so I would be precarious.
