Where would you fish?

Walkers Cay, Bahamas. And I would hire Capt. Billy Black. He's now based out of Bimini though. I had many great trips fishing with him and he ALWAYS put us on the big fish.
The Wahoo run was awesome in March/April. Largest I caught was 87 lbs. A very amazing place. To bad it has been destroyed by multiple hurricanes. The closest place to it is called Grand Cay. Abaco chain of islands.

As for the OPs question...thats a tough one.
Ive always wanted to fish for dorado with top water plugs in the Parana River in Paraguay/Argentina though it would have to be in Paraguay as my wife is from there.

Personally, my list is too long. I'll just narrow it down to these, for now:
Alaska/Canada. Any River with good Salmon: I'd like to get a chance on some Pacific Salmon.
India. Cauvery River and Karnali: Goonch and Mahseer sound like awesome prospects.
The Amazon: Freshwater Giants abound. Nuff' said.
The Florida Keys: For Tarpon, Bonefish, and Permit.
