Where does everyone constantly keep getting these big tanks? I buy mine new which a lot of people tell me to just wait for craigslist or on here, but i get impatient. Is that how you guys do it, wait for craigslist, or whats the secret?

I like buying my tanks new so there's no scratches on it and I have OCD behavior toward keeping the glass clean on the inside and outside. I have bought a 150 tall off a forum and can tell it was resiliconed and the braces had scratches so I'm thinking about selling that tank

Damn, i saw a 360 gallon for sale cl a week ago for 1500$. I like buying new but i feel like getting used you can find so many different types of tanks, but you gotta play the waiting game

Local clubs are a great place. I am not picky about the sizes so cl has worked for me recently. Got a 84"x24"x24' 210 and a 60"x36"x27" 250dd for $400 each within the last month. Both were reef tanks and need some tlc.

I got a 220 glass tank on Craigslist for $400 about 9 months ago. I see some pretty decent tanks for sale on Craigslist around Ohio.
