IMO, Petsmart and Petco are the best deals, however you will find fish sellers at local flea markets and swappmeets. Good luck
oh, you can also try asking for a discount from Petsmart. Every store offers some sort of discount, and the kid behind the counter will usually just give it to you since they get emberassed to fight you on it. Seen that trick on the news, tried once, and it worked, WOW!!!!!!!!
I tried to find the latest clip I seen, but it was based on this one. This is from the holidays, however the latest one showed that retailers are more inclined to give discounts right now because of the economy being what it is. I will try and keep looking and post it for you. Enjoy.....
