Which active wolf for me?

I have a 8.5" Tat (another on the way) in a 150 (5x2x2) and was thinking of adding a wolf. What kind do you reccm. for my set up?
All I'm looking for is an active wolf that will hang with the Tat's

Maybe Hoplias?

you need a gold wolf (hoplerythrinus unitaeniatus) or a red/rainbow wolf (erythrinus erythrinus) if you're looking for activity. the hoplias mal (common wolf) won't be very active and will kill your tats for sure. the gold and red wolves may or may not. mine fight among themselves but generally get along with tankmates unless they get really hungry. the gold is the most active but i didn't feed mine for two days and one them ate my 7" gar. the gold wolf was about 7.5-8" at the time.

I agree ^.....the Gold Wolf is the most active out of the three. Although they can be pretty NASTY to tankmates. But if well fed, they may be ok, jus keep a good eye out on them and try to spot trouble early, although its easier said than done. Good Luck....
