Which cichlid(s) would you keep?

I am planing to get a 150 gallon tank. Before I do, I do not know which type of cichlid species I should keep as a solo or pair?
Dovii
Red Devil
Salvini
Grammodes
Istlanum
Trimac
Buttikoferi
Vieja Argentea
Red Tiger Motaguense
Or other?

I would go with the istlanum, grammodes, or rtg for a pair. The trimac pair would be good too but people say they are brutal on each other. The trimac or veja would be a nice solo fish

they are different fish, let me be more specific, amphilophus citrinellus would be my pick. is that better for you?

I know there is a difference between amphilophus citrinellus and amphilophus labiatus. Red devil will be close enough because they are almost always mixed with the midas
