Well I'll start off by saying that New Zealand Doesn't... And most likely will never have. What countries around the world legally have fw stingrays?? Id love to know so I can move there...

Stingrays are legal in Iceland too.. I doubt there's a single one here tho - Not that I know of at least.

In climates where it gets cold, you can almost always find a ray. Although NZ gets cold, it still could support a ray in a select few locations.
