which eheim canister

Alright, I'm setting up a 75 gallon for a couple motaguense or friedricksthalli, haven't decided yet but I'm searching for filters and was wondering which canister to go with. The classics look the most cost effective but which one would you suggest to go with a AquaClear 110? Or is there another canister you suggest?

Howdy,

I run a 2217 on my 75 gal tank. Works great. If you want to go overboard, try a 2250. But with media that 2250 will be significantly more expensive. And I believe a 2217 should suffice for your purposes.

go to bigalsonline.com and buy an Eheim 2217. I bought a 2215 for 130$ before I found it online for 10 dollars cheaper and a huge tank average. Its the way to go.
