Which filter to run? Emperor 400 or Fluval 405?

I'm setting up a 75 gallon Mbuna Cichlid tank and I have two Emperor 400 filters and a fluval 405. What should I run on the tank?

I'm also planning an under gravel jet system as my tank will be in the wall and I'd like to limit the substrate vacuuming if possible

or just use all of them lol. 405 for bio and emp400 for mech.
