Which Hikari pellet should i pick?

I am wondering which pellet i should pick for my Uaru. I have given "Bio-gold" and regular "Gold" but i know there is also "Excel" and "Discus bio-gold". These are the 4 i want to choose from. which is the best all around food out of these four? Also which would be second,third and forth? Your opinions will help me make up my mind.

Any of those would be fine. Using multiple types is probably better, since a more varied diet is healthier. I don't really know much about their diet, but I think they are more herbivorous, so excel might be better than gold or bio-gold.

I mix Cichlid Gold Sinking/Floating, Excel, BioGold+ and Staple with my Severum, which like much the same diets as Uaru.

How about the Discus bio-gold? anyone ever try that? I think i might go with the bio-gold, excel, and the discus bio-gold if its any good.

I like the excel it has tons of veggie matter that gold bio gold massivore carnivore and besides staple...but it still has more than any of those I'd use it along with the bio gold gold, and maybe a sinking carnivore pellet to bulk up.
