Which Hikari Product is Best?

Hey guys,

I have a 180 gallon tank mostly with South American cichlids. I have a Arowana, Shortbody Flower Horn, Tinfoil barb, Blood parrots, Oscars, Yo Yo Loache and Pleco. My fishes are compatible so there are no aggression issues. Sometimes Barb slams into Arowana while feeding. I have been feeding them Tetra bits, Shrimps, CP Optimum cichlids and blood worms. I feed them once a day and do 50-70% water changes weekly. They are growing pretty quickly but I just want to change their diet next month and see the difference. I want to buy Hikari tropical food sticks Or Hikari Bio Gold Plus Or Azoo arowana 9 in 1 Pellets Or Hikari Massivore Delite. Which one do you suggest and what's the difference. Which one is the best? How can I enhance the Colour and Growth. My water filters 15 times an hour and I use Purigen, Activated carbon and other media.

Personally I've used Hikari floating food sticks and juvie Aro's ate them with no problem, also some people swear by Hikari Gold pellets. Massivore from Hikari also a good food especially for growth but beware don't over feed has strong odor. Hikari is a good brand imo.

As far as Hikari, Cichlid Bio-Gold+ is the best. I personally feed my cichlids a combo of New Life Spectrum Ultra Red and AlgaeMax Pellets. If you compare ingredients, you will see that NLS is a better quality, more complete pellet than the Hikari. I also go with the idea feeding my fish two different colored pellets will help them develop better coloring overall.
