if you wanna go "pound for pound" the 280 is the better deal. but i suppose it all depends on how much coin you have to spend.

well im in the pocess of making a deal for the 180. but the 280 price is set a 750(original price was 900 but i was able to lower the price), the 280 comes the tank, lights, stand, sump, and or fish. 180 comes with tank, stand, lights and two HOBs and two bala sharks lol

The 280 sounds better and better, a sump is a great thing to have with a big tank, well worth it!
