Which is better?

I recently bought some new fixtures and I cant decide which one to keep. Please help me choose.

A.) Regular 48" T12 lights

Or


B.) Power Compact 65 watt 6700k lights.

I don't even know if I should grab 10,000k bulbs for this, it seems like it's already bright enough. The lights on the first picture is actually on the canopy and the second one is just on top of the tank. I can't make up my mind, would appreciate some advices. Thanks in advance.

IMO i like the first one it's bright, but not to bright and gives a good natural look.
