Which is the best channa for outdoor? I read here in the fórum thats the channa asiatica, it's true? Here the temperature change in one day to other, sometimes can reach hot temperature sometimes cold temperature, which is the min confortable temperature to them ?

I heard stories of them surviving a winter with ice cover in a small pond. And others keeping them outside till it fell under 12C. However I cannot confirm any of this.
As long as your pond has any meaningful size the temperature will not change to fast. And for a short period of time fish can endure pretty high temperatures.
