Which Knifefish should I get

I know a lot about Knifefish and I have a 45 gal I already know which kinds I can put in but I was wanting to know what you guys would recommend ps I don't like African brown knives

To my knowledge, thats the only one that can go into a 45 gallon... Everything else needs like a 129 gallon plus...

Well I have an empty 350 that I can upgrade to

So, ossa ossa knife, black ghost knife, hybrid black ghost knife, grey ghost knife, tiger knife and thats all that comes to mind.

You could try steatogenys duidae. I wouldn't do a black ghost, because a fish that could get more than a foot long doesn't sound too good for a 45gal. Basically the only knives for a 45 are steatogenys, african brown, and oddballs like adontosternarchus.

BKG gets about 12 inches. I have one in the 180. do not see that as being to big for the tank size you have.
