I plan on having a bunch of corals in my tank, so which would be better? not taking energy saving into account, which would provide a better overall tank look, and healthier light for corals?

Neither is a good option. They won't keep corals alive. Maybe some soft corals, but nothing else.

You need to look at something that has at least 4 bulbs.

What size tank is this for?

Agreed neither will work really. Petmountain is running a discount on their items and free shipping so if you want lights you might be able tO spend half the money and get twice the bang. +1 on at least 4. Depending on depth of tank more may be in order.

I would look for at least a 4 bulb, 6 bulb or 8 bulb would be better to allow you more flexibility as you expand on your corals as you get more advanced.

+1 on going as big as possible. You will be happier in the long run. Buying somethin once is always nice as opposed to going through the money 3 and 4 times.
