Which of these feeder fish are best?

I found an ad in my country selling cheap feeders.. Real cheap because that's an exporter..

Here a list of what they sell(the ones in red are in Bahasa Melayu since I dont know what are they in english..)

So which one is the healthiest feeder fish?

I always use snakehead as feeders. It's probably baby toman.

A cheaper option if his/her fish will take them but those are some interesting sounding feeders.Some of them I have never even heard of.

I think carp are in the group of fish with high levels of thiaminase, which causes vitamin B1 deficiency in fish if fed too much too often.

I ate one and in my opinion, no, they are not healthy lol.

No one thing is going to be good long term for fishes health. Its always better to give them some options, and change things up. Plus its kinda fun to keep finding new things to feed them, and seeing what they like.

That being said, I wish that we could go to a baitshop or something around here and just pick up snakeheads. I would definitely have one. Not allowed in Wisconsin though.
