which pbass adult length stays under 20 inches?

i been watching alot of videos on pbass lately..just bored and curious and is there any known species of pbass that stay under 20''?

That would be a no I don't think any will. The unproven theory is Kelberi and Melenari but I think that is crazy talk.

Maybe runts.....kelberi if your super lucky. But we've already seen em over 20". I think your SOL on that one. My orino's and azuls are gettn near 18" and they are just over 2 years old Gotta love monster fish.

Theoretically c. nigromaculata don't exceed 26 cm, since no specimens larger than that size have been recorded by science. And, I definitely haven't seen a captive specimen over twenty inches, although there are so few of them in the hobby its hard to say. Anyone with experience keeping C. nigro able to chime in?
