Which powerhead for 500g?

Think these are decent? Are they overkill with a 5500 gph reeflo hammerhead on there? I'm having trouble with poo collecting on the sand and unearth massivore. I just seems much cheaper and more powerful than a pair or korilia II or aqueon power heads. What do you think? Anyone ever tried them?
 
Yes sean, however there are reasons I don't use a gravel vac. It is sand bottom. It is 500g with a footprint of 8x4 and the top of the hood is roughly 6.5feet. I have plenty of filter, I just need to move the water
 
The only power heads that i use are the Aquaclear 110 power heads. The added benefit is the aereator.
 
I have the same sun sun only I got the 1300gph ones I also have sand and my tank is 7x2 After much playing around and finding the best locations I was able to get all the poop in one location. You would need a lot of power heads to ensure that the whole bottom stayed swept clean.
 
Right so is 6400 gph good? Were talking almost 12000 gph water movement! Overkill or is this a good idea?
