which Repashy super food

sorry to ask such a simple question but which repashy food should i use for my African cichlids. Peacocks and haps mostly some mbuna (might be removed) might be getting some calvuses. I also don't want to spend much money or waste it so i don't want to get the wrong thing. i know it would be Soilent Green or Meat Pie. At least for now.

I'm using the green for my Demasoni. I probably wouldn't go meat pie for Africans, I think that's mainly for south americans.

I would either go with the community mix or the green.
