Which sinking pellet is cheaper and good to fish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
"Cheaper" and "good" rarely go hand and hand. Which foods are you trying to decide between? My go to are Fluval Bug Bites (for carnivorous or omnivore fish of course, not herbivores), NLS and Northfin.

Sera fits the bill
The 1 lb can of sera cichlid pellets costs me like ~$20 and lasts 10 tanks 6 months, has better ingredients made to be easier to digest and pollute less
Sera also has a couple different recipes for what you need to feed, I have two of the green ones for my labridens/nanolutea/limia
Fluval, bug bites, NLS, and omega one/hikari to a degree are good too, but may be a bit pricey
