Which tank...good deals?

Trying to get a new tank and found a couple used ones. So in your opinions are they good deals and which should I get? They will be used to house clown loaches and also keep in mind that I live in a 2nd floor apartment so I don't know about the weight issue although I know it's been discussed numerous times lol. Guess I'm just looking for opinions...

Tank 1 - Custom acrylic tank, with an iron stand. 60 gallons I believe. Measurements are 3' wide, 2' high and 1' deep. $180.

Tank 2 - 125 gallon tank. Haven't found out if it comes with a stand or not but I think it might. Guy is asking $275.

So what do you guys think given my apartment situation and my use for the tank?

If you have the room and the money, the 125g would be best as long as stand is included.

you will be much happier with the 125. however if theres no stand id try to talk him down to atleast 250. im sure he will take it. make sure it has a hood and light also. 275 would be a rip off without a them.
