Which would you choose?

I have a 28 gallon tank that I want to use for food for my Fahaka. Would it be better to breed snails in the tank, or put a bunch of crayfish in it?

If you have experience keeping Fahaka for an extended amount of time, which would you prefer?

Do the snails. I kept crayfish but they tend to kill each other off over longer periods so
I just buy them as needed from a bait shop @ 12 for 5 bucks.

I agree that Snails would probably be the smarter choice, since they breed faster and mature more quickly in comparison to Crays, which also have a tendency of cannibalism...

if you really were about to do the crays, theres no real reason you can't do both. you will have an easier time breeding the snails, however the only enemy to keeping the crays would be the crays themselves as has been said
