I just picked up 2 whisper 20-40 filters for my new fry tanks. I cant get either of them to start pumping. I set the first one up with a foam intake. I thought maybe that was holding it back so I tried without it. Nope. I filled the well like I was supposed to, tried changing the impeller assembly, even tried the 2nd unit. I am at a loss. Oh, and yes it has power - I can hear it trying to pump. Has anyone had any problems with these filters, or have any suggestions?
