White and Yellow spots build up on aquarium silicone

Hi so I got a new 120 gallon tank made for my peacock bass (4x2x2 ft) and cycled the tank fully and everything but noticed some white and Yellow spots building up all over the silicone edges i don't know if it's normal for new tanks with fresh silicone to have this. Is it calcium build up or fungus? Will attach pictures for better understanding

It might be food particles that are sticking to the silicone. Does it rub off with your finger at all? Does it feel gritty, squishy or slimy?
