White blotch on Green Terror's head

I just noticed this yesterday and it seems to have gotten worse.
My green terror has a large white blotch on his head. It almost looks like loose skin or scar tissue from a wound.

Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
Think he could have bumped his head or is this some form of infection?

He also has developed a brown bump on his left side fin. It is hard to see in the photo

Thats a scar from bangin its head on somthing sharp or from another fish. What kind of tankmates are with the GT

My guess is that it is a scar from bumping his head.

He is in a new (cycled) 120 tank so he is in new surroundings.

He is also the undisputed boss of the tank so I can't imagine any other fish getting him this bad.
He is housed with a firemouth and a juvi Texas (less than half his size)

I just need to make sure he is not sick.
He is acting and eating as normal.
The water parameters are also fine.
