White bubble cyst? On sun catfish

Wondering if anyone knows what this is? It doesn't seem to affect him all but showed up about 2 days ago. No other fish have them and it's not getting bigger. Thought it might be a parasite in a sac but I'm not able to see anything in the sac. Ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 2-3ppm done with drops not strips. Water temp is 76. It is a 55g with a magnum 350 canister filter. Stock is sun cat, striped Raphael, pictus cat, tiny common pleco, 5 tiger barbs, 5 giant danios, a baby sunfish, and a rocket gar. All fish have been in there 2+ months with no problems. I do feed live minnows to the gar and sun cat.

Catfish are always tough to treat in more conventinal ways do to their sensativity to some medacations. I would suggest putting a drop of Methylene blue directly on the area and seeing if that helps. I can't tell from the picture exactly what that is but if it is localized (ie non systemic) the MB should take care if it.
