White bubble on my Cory's dorsal fin

The bubble has grown and shrunk and grown again in size for a few weeks now. I thought it was due to a viral infection and that it would go away on its own as there is no remedy. Now I start seeing these bubbles on my other Cories' fins (pectoral and anal).

Can anyone identify it?

I should mention that all of them are active and eating normally.

Does it look like an air bubble up close? Or does it look like something in it?

It looks like a white glob.

What were to happen if you were to take it off? Maybe scrape it off and see what is inside of the bubble.
