My gouramis all have a white bump on each of their lower lips. I'm not sure if i should treat it as ich, or if it's one of those mouth fungus type things, or if it is something else altogether.
Any good advice on what is most likely the main culprit would be appreciated so i can start treating these guys. i've since added some extra aquarium salt to my tank on order of a tablespoon per 5 gals.
