looks like an allergic kinda type, did u add/some kinda chemical or sumthing before u notice that happened?

is it some kinda slim like substance fizzing off your silvers body? if it is that means your aro is stressed and that's the slim coat of the fish..

This kind of looks like other pictures I've seen of arowanas losing their slime coats. Check your parameters, but do a large water change anyway.

did u match the temp atleast by -/+ 1 degree when u do ur water change?
i do not think arowana allergic to aloe vera.
might be caused by sudden change of water temp
