White bumps on flowerhorn

My flowerehorn has a bunch of pimples! Only one in the tank with them. Not sure what to do about it. Thanks in advance

Post ur water parameters. Would separate it in a qt tank for now. Don’t like the underlying red under it. Try some triple sulfa and methylene blue dip (daily). How quickly did this happen?
