I purchased 5 red tiger motags from jeff rapps last week, lost 2 almost immediately due too ich, been treating the remaining 3 for 4 days, looks to be clearing up pretty good, however on fish has 3 white (cists?) on his back next to his dorsal, its not ich they are much larger, I cant get a pic, anyone have any ideas. I was unable to raise the temp in the tank, my heater will only get it to 78, and havent used salt yet, do you think those are my next steps???

Get a higher wattage heater. Add non-iodized salt. Keep the lights off. I've had fish with spots like you describe in the past. I've never lost a fish from them and they seem to clear up in a few days. If yours don't, keep us posted.
